Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Compliance Counsel based in Denmark for an international, remote-first organization. You will review product specs, marketing materials, and AI-enabled features to ensure regulatory compliance across EU and US markets.

You will monitor regulatory developments, develop training, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to embed compliance into development processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law is required.
• Knowledge of EU and US consumer protection law for digital products.
• Understanding of marketing/advertising compliance in EU and US.
• Familiarity with AI governance and regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge of Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal English and Russian (B2+).
• Analytical skills to translate legal requirements into guidance.

Responsibilities

• Review product specs for websites and apps to ensure legal compliance.
• Advise Marketing on consumer protection and promotional claims.
• Monitor EU/US regulatory developments and communicate impacts.
• Develop and maintain internal compliance playbooks and training.
• Assess AI-enabled features for regulatory risk and governance.
