Job summary

LVMH Group's Dior counter in Aalborg is seeking a passionate retail professional to deliver a memorable customer experience. You will meet clients’ needs, demonstrate Dior products, and uphold the brand's high service standards throughout the sales process.

You will initiate contact with customers, educate clients on the brand, and strive to achieve in-store and remote sales targets while contributing to counter KPIs. Prior luxury retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sell Dior products by meeting clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience.
• Initiate contact with customers and welcome them on counter.
• Educate clients on the brand and products.
• Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to counter KPIs.
• Register clients’ data in the CRM and perform clienteling activities.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines and monitor stock/display.
