Job summary

LVMH Group's Dior counter in Aalborg is seeking a passionate retail professional to deliver a memorable customer experience. You will meet clients’ needs, demonstrate Dior products, and uphold the brand's high service standards throughout the sales process.

You will initiate contact with customers, educate clients on the brand, and strive to achieve in-store and remote sales targets while contributing to counter KPIs. Prior luxury retail experience is preferred.

Job responsibilities

• Sell Dior products by meeting clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through a high standard of service throughout the sales process using the brand D.I.O.R. method.
• Initiate contact with customers, welcome them on counter and through traffic, identify and understand their needs, and propose and demonstrate personalized product offers.
• Offer complementary products within and across categories and provide a global beauty approach.
• Communicate passionately and educate clients on the brand and products.
• Achieve retail sales targets (in store and remote) and contribute to counter KPIs on a monthly basis.
• Develop knowledge of Brand, Category and Competition.
• Develop durable relationships with existing clients in store and remotely; engage new clients through genuine human interaction.
• Register clients’ data in the dedicated system and perform CRM and clienteling activities; leverage Dior content and tools to drive traffic and loyalty.
• Know and apply merchandising guidelines; monitor stock levels and report shortages; monitor shelves inventory and display new products when needed.
• Operate cash registers and close daily revenues; carry out assigned operational and administrative tasks; maintain good relationships with retailers.
• Respect corporate and counter rules (attendance, punctuality) and Dior grooming guidelines.

Profile

Preferred experience in retail or service, ideally in the luxury sector (2 years) with a track record of achieving retail results in a luxury environment.
