Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, construction, real estate, facility management, or workplace development.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven leadership capabilities and ability to drive multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace, refurbishment, construction, and facility-related projects across Copenhagen and Copenhagen Airport.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with landlords, airport authorities, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost follow-up; support procurement and contract negotiations.
• Drive workplace improvements, space utilization and sustainability within SAS portfolio.
