Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an E-Learning Instructional Designer based in Denmark for a fully remote, six-month contract. You will transform complex information into engaging online learning experiences for an Australian organization, coordinating with SMEs and stakeholders.

The role covers storyboarding, copy development, audio/video scripts, LMS/SCORM content management, usability testing, and continuous learning with Moodle familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• At least two years of instructional design, education or training experience or relevant qualifications.
• Hands-on experience developing interactive multimedia learning content using Articulate.
• Experience with LMS and SCORM.
• Strong visual design, storyboarding and instructional content development skills.
• Experience writing instructional copy and audio/video scripts.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor code amendments.
• Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive digital and multimedia learning materials using Articulate.
• Collaborate with SMEs to transform complex information into engaging online learning experiences.
• Create storyboards, instructional copy, and audio/video scripts.
• Develop, organize and manage learning content for LMS and SCORM environments.
• Conduct usability testing and quality assurance to ensure learner satisfaction.
• Ensure materials comply with standards, guidelines and IP regulations.
• Develop supporting resources to facilitate e-learning delivery.
• Support design, development, implementation and handover of e-learning projects.
• Work with editors and stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.
• Review programs and suggest improvements to instructional methods and delivery.
• Stay informed about instructional design practices and learning tech trends.
