Zusammenfassung

UNFPA is seeking a consultant to design and operationalize a fully loaded Cost-to-Serve KPI across global supply chains. The role centers on defining cost elements, allocation rules, and data baselines, with engagement across procurement, logistics, finance and country offices.

The assignment emphasizes transparency, data quality and scalable methodologies for 2027 pricing work. The consultant will work remotely with Copenhagen-based coordination, with potential in-person meetings as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in finance, economics, or supply chain management.
• Experience mapping and analyzing development or humanitarian supply chains.
• Familiarity with ERP and BI tools such as Oracle/Quantum, SAP, Power BI or Tableau.

Aufgaben

• Map end-to-end supply-chain activities and cost elements across procurement, logistics, warehousing and last-mile distribution.
• Develop a shared cost taxonomy and data-source registry.
• Create a fully loaded CTS KPI framework and a transparent allocation methodology.
• Provide handover materials and capacity-building guidance for Country Offices and SCMU stakeholders.
