Job summary

Cook Medical Europe Ltd seeks a Marketing Lead for the Aortic product line, responsible for developing regional market strategies and growth. You will work closely with sales, business management and local market teams to drive campaigns and market share.

The role reports to the Aortic Manager, Market Development and can be plant-based in Denmark or Cook Ireland, or field-based for current field roles. We value strategic thinkers with strong leadership and global integrity.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of marketing, product management or sales experience.
• Extensive experience in marketing, product management and/or sales.
• Higher degree in related field or equivalent experience desirable.
• Demonstrated knowledge of related products and markets; leading organizational change preferred.
• Strong strategic business and leadership skills.
• Experience with CRM and market analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business plan goals for assigned geography.
• Lead regional product launches and campaign planning.
• Provide product and market support and act as regional product champion.
• Ensure consistent messaging and CRM usage for insights.
• Deliver launch content to sales and support teams.
• Develop marketing tools and materials and train sales staff.
• Meet deadlines and manage administrative tasks.
• Ensure quality, regulatory and product-specific requirements are met.
