Job summary

Oticon Export, part of the Demant group, is seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive growth across partner markets and accelerate market development. You will build and execute regional plans, develop strong distributor partnerships, and guide initiatives that improve commercial performance and partner capabilities.

Qualifications

• Highly experienced commercial leader with international scope and ability to engage senior executives.
• Experience working with distributors, indirect sales channels, or partner-led models.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience across cultures and international markets.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French would be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally for more than 70 days per year.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional business plans delivering sustainable sales growth.
• Build long-term partnerships with distributors based on trust and shared objectives.
• Identify commercial opportunities and co-create growth strategies with partners.
