We are looking for a Regional Compliance Officer, EMEA to lead and strengthen our compliance program across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping ensure that business objectives are achieved in line with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
As the Regional Compliance Officer, EMEA, you will be the primary compliance partner for the region, supporting the implementation of WSA’s global compliance program and fostering a strong culture of ethics and integrity.
You will work closely with business and functional leaders across multiple countries, providing practical compliance guidance, overseeing investigations and risk management activities, and supporting compliance governance, training, and third‑party oversight.
This role is ideal for a compliance professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach and enjoys working in a complex international environment.
This position is based in Lynge, Denmark, and works closely with regional and global stakeholders to support WSA’s commitment to ethical and compliant business practices.
