Job summary

WSA – Wonderful Sound for All in Lynge, Denmark, seeks a Regional Compliance Officer, EMEA, to lead our ethics and compliance program across Europe, Middle East, and Africa, guiding business leaders to operate with integrity and in line with regulatory standards.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage investigations and third-party risk, deliver training, and drive a culture of accountability in a complex international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Compliance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

The Role

We are looking for a Regional Compliance Officer, EMEA to lead and strengthen our compliance program across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping ensure that business objectives are achieved in line with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

As the Regional Compliance Officer, EMEA, you will be the primary compliance partner for the region, supporting the implementation of WSA’s global compliance program and fostering a strong culture of ethics and integrity.

You will work closely with business and functional leaders across multiple countries, providing practical compliance guidance, overseeing investigations and risk management activities, and supporting compliance governance, training, and third‑party oversight.

This role is ideal for a compliance professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach and enjoys working in a complex international environment.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the primary compliance business partner to regional and functional leadership across EMEA.
• Provide practical, risk‑based compliance guidance that supports business objectives and informed decision‑making.
• Lead regional compliance risk assessments and help develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee and conduct compliance investigations, speak‑up program activities, and remediation efforts across the region.
• Support third‑party compliance due diligence and risk management processes.
• Deliver compliance training, communications, and culture‑building initiatives tailored to regional risks.
• Conduct compliance monitoring activities and track corrective actions to completion.
• Lead regional compliance governance, reporting, and engagement with leadership and compliance committees.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Compliance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in regional or multinational ethics and compliance roles.
• Experience implementing and managing compliance programs within multinational or global organizations.
• Experience leading investigations, managing confidential reporting programs, and conducting compliance risk assessments.
• Experience managing third‑party compliance, due diligence, monitoring, and remediation activities.
• Strong knowledge of international anti‑corruption, anti‑bribery, money laundering laws, trade sanctions, and export control regulations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing stakeholders across functions, geographies, and cultures.
• Familiarity with EMEA regulatory environments and cross‑border compliance challenges.
• Fluency in English; additional EMEA languages and experience in highly regulated industries are advantageous.
