Job summary

WS Audiology Group seeks a Senior Reward Manager to own global reward processes and partner with the EMEA region, reporting to the Global Head of Reward.

You will design and govern pay structures, drive transparency, and implement Reward processes in Workday, shaping the Reward Centre of Excellence across markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Solid experience (5+ years) within compensation and total rewards from a larger international organization, with a focus on EMEA markets.
  • Hands-on experience running Reward cycles end to end, such as merit, STI or LTI.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience of base pay structures, pay governance and reporting.
  • Experience with job architecture and job evaluation; Mercer IPE is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with pay transparency in an international setting; Workday experience an advantage.

  • Design and implement Reward processes and governance in our global Workday roll‑out.
  • Turn how we want to work into system logic, guidelines and controls.
  • Support HR colleagues and line managers in making new ways of working stick.
  • Shape how the Reward CoE works, from process ownership to business partnering.
  • Contribute to deliveries that meet the expectations of a publicly listed company.
  • Stay informed of industry best practices and market trends.
  • Implement innovative reward strategies to attract, retain, and motivate talent.

What you will do

As Senior Reward Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of selected global Reward processes and serve as a trusted Reward partner for the EMEA region. Reporting to the Global Head of Reward, you will join a specialist team spanning Reward, Mobility, and Analytics.

Reward Partnering for EMEA

  • Advise HR colleagues and business leaders across the full spectrum of Reward topics.

  • Bring market insight and data to offers, promotions and the annual cycles.

EU Pay Transparency Directive

  • Drive our readiness and turn the requirements into practical ways of working.

  • Build the pay structures, reporting and documentation behind explainable pay.

  • Partner with Legal, Compliance and HR colleagues across our markets.

Global Rewards Process

  • Design, manage, and optimize competitive ST and LTI to attract, retain, and motivate top talent

  • Conduct job evaluations using the Mercer IPE methodology.

  • Work with HR colleagues globally to keep levelling and pay structures aligned.

Reward Governance in Workday

  • Design and implement Reward processes and governance in our global Workday roll‑out.

What you bring

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Solid experience (5+ years) within compensation and total rewards from a larger international
