Job summary

MCI is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our in-house team to support creative and marketing initiatives across multiple businesses. The role blends graphic design with recruitment marketing, sourcing strategy, and data-driven candidate attraction.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to identify effective marketing approaches and use research tools to attract candidates across markets.

Qualifications

• Proven graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Knowledge of recruitment marketing and visual storytelling.
• Ability to plan and execute multi-market design projects.
• Experience communicating concepts to varied stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data-driven design approaches.

Responsibilities

• Seamlessly convert ideas into images, layouts, and other designs.
• Contribute to the design process from conception to production.
• Assist with brochures, web content, social assets, invitations, signage, and graphics.
• Adhere to branding guidelines and project requirements.
• Support marketing with special projects, metrics tracking, etc.
