Job summary

BEUMER Group in Aarhus seeks a Software Engineer focused on vision and robotics. You will design, develop, and maintain software solutions for modular robotics platforms, ensuring quality and architecture standards.

You will train stakeholders, support projects, and collaborate with the Robot Product Team to drive knowledge sharing across the organization. You bring strong skills in real-time C# and Python, 3D vision, and point cloud processing, with interest in ML.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• Strong experience developing real-time applications in C# and Python.
• Solid background in computer vision, 3D geometry and point cloud processing.
• Interest or experience in machine learning and signal processing for vision/robotics.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for software architectures.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and software prototyping.
• Ability to design interfaces for integration with robotic controls.

Responsibilities

• Improve and maintain software for vision and robotics applications.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, documentation, and architectural guidelines.
• Collaborate with TPO and cross-functional teams; translate feedback into requirements.
• Contribute to automation strategy and technial requirements in collaboration with business.
• Test and validate functionalities on local test loops or sites.
• Evaluate and select technologies for automation and system integration.
