Alstom in Copenhagen seeks a Depot Manager to lead daily on-site maintenance activities, driving safe, high-quality and on-time work while delivering the 24/7 ramp-up plan. You will collaborate with Fleet Planning, Warehouse and EHS teams to shape Denmark operations.
The role emphasises leadership of team leaders and technicians, adherence to safety and quality standards, and implementing lean processes to optimise performance in a demanding 24/7 environment.

Could you be the full-time Depot Manager – Train Maintenance Operations (IC5) in Copenhagen we’re looking for?
Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership and operational expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and solution-oriented teammates. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of train maintenance operations in Denmark by ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable daily maintenance activities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Fleet Planning, Warehouse, EHS, Engineering, and Industrialization), build a strong team culture, and drive the ramp‑up plan toward full 24/7 operations by 2027. You’ll specifically take care of leading team leaders and technicians, but also ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
