You will join our Integration, Test & Verification function and be the technical lead for a newly established laboratory team. This is a unique opportunity to build structures and processes, that ensures our engineers always have reliable, safe, and fit for purpose test equipment.
Our radar systems span multiple engineering disciplines, including power electronics, mechanics, analogue and digital electronics, RF and microwave design. This complexity requires state-of-the-art test equipment, structured lab operations, and close collaboration across R&D, production, and aftermarket teams.
As R&D Laboratory & Equipment Manager, you will be the primary owner of laboratory equipment, facilities, and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
You bring several years of experience managing advanced electronics and RF/MW laboratories and test equipment, combined with strong people and stakeholder management skills.
