The Service Quality Deployment & Readiness department is a global function supporting Vestas' Service organization in driving quality excellence across regions and operations. The team partners closely with stakeholders throughout the Service business to identify quality improvement opportunities, analyze performance trends, and translate insights into sustainable solutions. By leading quality initiatives from assessment through implementation, the team plays a key role in enhancing operational performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction worldwide.
We offer an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding team where you can play a key role in shaping and strengthening the quality agenda within the Repair & Operations business.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a visible impact by driving quality improvements across refurbishment and repair activities while collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders in an international environment spanning Denmark, the United States, India, and Germany. The primary work location for this position is Aarhus or Lem.
Up to 20 days of travel per year.
