Novo Nordisk is seeking a QMS Specialist and Process Manager for the corporate training process to drive one of our major transformation initiatives. You will work with the Process Owner, Process Managers, digital teams, and learning specialists to shape training into a simpler, more targeted, and more effective function.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, using data, workshops, and cross‑functional collaboration to produce measurable value across our global organisation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in science, engineering, business, quality, or related field with extensive quality experience.
• Proven track record driving complex improvement initiatives from problem definition to value realisation.
• Strong facilitation, collaboration, and decision-making across global stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Execute end-to-end transformation initiatives, from identifying challenges to value realisation.
• Develop practical solutions by simplifying processes and leveraging data, digital, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Drive discovery, experimentation, and data-driven analyses to validate concepts and guide decisions.
• Collaborate across Quality, Line of Business, Digital, Learning Systems, and AI teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Build stakeholder alignment across a diverse global landscape for successful adoption.
• Design future solutions balancing compliance, user experience, and operational efficiency.
