Job summary

Orifarm is seeking an experienced Head of Corporate Quality Systems to own the global QMS and drive the One QMS transformation across Europe. You will collaborate with Quality Heads, sites, and business leaders to ensure practical, effective quality processes are consistently applied.

You will report to the VP, Quality Management and lead a team of Senior QMS Specialists in Odense with a three-day on-site hybrid model. A strong LEAN, regulatory, and AI-enabled mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in pharmaceutical quality management or another highly regulated industry.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, engineering, chemistry or a related discipline.
• Experience with global Quality Management Systems and leading quality transformation in a global matrix organisation.
• LEAN and continuous-improvement mindset with digital enablement, including AI.

Responsibilities

• Define the global QMS strategy and roadmap and lead the transition to One QMS.
• Harmonise and simplify quality processes across functions, countries and sites.
• Build partnerships with Quality Heads and local leaders to implement standards.
• Govern and maintain the global QMS, including policies, procedures and eQMS.
• Act as process owner for corporate quality processes and ensure compliance and inspection readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement and digitalisation, including AI.
• Own the global quality KPI framework and lead Management Review with senior management.
• Lead the global Quality Culture programme and promote a proactive quality mindset.
