Job summary

the LEGO Group is seeking an Editorial Assistant for LEGO Publishing, Licensing and Extended Line (LEL) as a student worker in Billund. You will support daily operations and assist editors, helping with product and marketing approvals while gaining insight into LEGO's licensing business.

You will handle administrative tasks, QA branding/legal, asset coordination, and stay on top of industry trends, learning across publishing. Hybrid work with in-office days in Billund.

Qualifications

• Some experience, ideally in publishing, media, digital content marketing, licensing.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and support daily publishing operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative tasks supporting department operations and product development (samples, assets, distribution, archiving).
• Conduct select Product Quality Assurance: branding indicia / legal.
• Assist with Marketing Assets Approval.
• Assist Editors in partner meetings and product/portfolio development sessions.
• Stay on top of industry trends and share insights with stakeholders.
• Act as a LEGO Publishing and LEGO Group ambassador.
