ABB is seeking a Project Manager to lead service, upgrade, retrofit and modification projects within automation and control systems for energy sector clients. You will own projects from planning to delivery, coordinating with customers and engineering teams across Denmark.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage budgets and risks, and drive successful project execution in an international organization. The role offers hybrid work with some travel to Nordic countries.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of project management experience in technical/industrial environments.
• Experience managing project financials, risks and contracts.
• Strong communication with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project planning, budgeting and execution methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead service, retrofit and upgrade projects from tender to delivery.
• Plan scheduling, resources and execution activities.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as trusted advisor.
• Manage commercial risks, changes and claims.
• Steer project financials, forecasting and cost control.
• Identify aftermarket upsell opportunities and drive change management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, cybersecurity and HSE requirements.
