Siemens Denmark seeks an Automation & Protection Project Manager to lead the automation scope for a major expansion of the Danish power grid in Ballerup. You will plan, execute and hand over projects, guiding a team of engineers in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will monitor schedule, cost and profitability, participate in subcontractor bidding, and ensure alignment with PM@Siemens steps. The role offers flexibility with work-from-home options within a global leader in energy tech.

Formación

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in power distribution automation or large-scale projects.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Experience working in an international setting and communicating with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Danish (written and spoken).
• Growth mindset and ability to adapt.

Responsabilidades

• Managing and executing projects from maturation to commissioning and handover.
• Closely monitor project schedule, costs and profit.
• Participate in subcontractor and procurement bidding and communicate with stakeholders.
• Lead a team of engineers.
