At TILSTROM Engineering & Consulting, we are looking for a Project Manager (BMS/HVAC) to join our growing team of consultants. In this permanent full-time position, you will manage the planning and execution of building automation projects for our clients, ensuring environments like pharmaceutical production sites, office buildings, and large renovations are equipped with high-quality BMS/HVAC solutions. As part of our continued growth, you'll take on projects ranging from high-tech pharma facilities to modern commercial offices, making sure critical building systems are delivered successfully.
You will be employed by TILSTROM and work as a consultant on assignments for our clients (primarily in the Copenhagen or Aarhus area). This means coordinating closely with clients, contractors, and engineering teams to implement effective BMS and HVAC systems on time and on budget.

You enjoy being in the thick of projects, solving problems on-site and ensuring everything comes together as planned.
You are adaptable and thrive in a consultant role where priorities can shift and each project brings new challenges.
