Job summary

Novo MES CoE seeks an Associate Program Controller to drive financial transparency across the NextGen PAS-X Migration programme and PAS-X Deployment Portfolio. You will collaborate with project managers, finance partners, procurement, and stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, forecasts, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes budgeting, accruals, and cost control with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Foundation in finance, controlling, or project cost management.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, actuals, accruals, and variances.

Responsibilities

• Support project cost controlling across global PAS-X programme and Deployment Portfolio.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packs and cost trackers.
• Assist with month-end activities: accruals, PO follow-up, invoice validation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with project stakeholders.
• Contribute to governance, risk tracking, and steering committee materials.
