Job summary

Alfa Laval Corporate AB is seeking a Project Controller to lead the financial dimension of its project portfolio. You will collaborate with project management, commercial teams, and BU leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial control from order to delivery.

You will partner with Global teams, perform monthly variance analyses, and support decision-making using ERP and BI tools. Hybrid work model; Copenhagen-based with modest travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar.
• Solid knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, and internal control frameworks.
• Understanding of business processes in a global company and how to structure local compliance.
• Strong command of Excel, ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365) and BI tools like Power BI.
• Proactive, analytical, and structured with high attention to detail and integrity.
• Fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills to influence global teams.

Responsibilities

• Project Financial Follow-up: support budgeting, forecasting, cashflow, and timelines.
• WIP & Accounting: accurate recording of transactions and revenue recognition.
• IT interaction: engage with local IT tools like Dynamics 365, Medius, Solver, BI tools.
• Business Partnering: advise BU management on financial implications and opportunities.
• Business analysis: provide monthly S&A analysis for BU management.
• Performance Management: track KPIs, perform variance analyses, and prepare reports.
• Process & Digitalization: improve financial reporting tools and BI workflows.
