Job summary

Hamamatsu is seeking a Production Test Development Engineer to join our on-site team in Denmark. You will work on new development projects, aligning with the test portfolio and designing test programs with TestStand and LabVIEW.

You will help minimize downtime in production, optimize test routines, and push continuous improvements across our test framework while ensuring high quality and reproducibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in production test development, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Strong competencies in TestStand, LabVIEW, instrumentation and signal analysis.
• MS-SQL database integration is a plus.
• Engineering degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and code new test programs for production testing.
• Ensure consistency with current test portfolio and robust test schemes.
• Support production environment to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.
• Drive continuous improvement across test programs.

We are looking for a Production Test Development Engineer

The role

We are looking fora curious engineer to join the Production Test Development team.

We work in an industry on the path to industrialization. We have a high mix and low volume, deep tech portfolio therefore we are innovative in our approach to implement testing schemes meeting both product requirements and available hardware – but always aiming to create robust test schemes for our on-site production.

You will work on new development projects, ensuring consistency with current test portfolio, and together with the test designer and product technical lead, design and code new test programs.

You will support our production environment by securing minimum downtime and optimizing test routinesto ensure products of high quality and reproducibility.

Together with the rest of the team, you will continuously support our test frameworkanddrivecontinuous improvementacross our test programs.

What do we expect of you?

You have production testdevelopment experience,preferably in anindustrial setting.

Youhavestrong competencies in TestStand, LabVIEW, general instrumentation, and signal analysis.

Experience in MS-SQL database integration is considered a plus.

We prefer that you hold a degree in engineering.

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
