Job summary

HBK is seeking a structured and proactive Production Planner to join the Production Planning team in Virum. You will coordinate day-to-day production activities to support customer demand and delivery requirements, working with Production, Order Management, Customer Care and Logistics to create realistic plans.

You will use SAP S/4HANA and Excel for planning, monitor KPIs, manage inventory risk, and contribute to continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in production planning or similar planning roles.
• Good understanding of production processes, capacity planning and material availability.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or a similar ERP system.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Structured and detail-oriented approach.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans based on demand, capacity and material availability.
• Plan and prioritise production orders to meet customer requirements.
• Manage and follow up on production orders to ensure readiness for production.
• Monitor production progress and deviations from plan.
• Plan capacity, labour and machine availability to optimise flow.
• Coordinate with SIOP, Order Management, Customer Care and Logistics.
• Communicate changes, risks, and delivery issues proactively.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and data quality.
