On behalf of our client, MARPRO Group is looking for a skilled Production Mechanic for the office in Copenhagen and other company locations in central Zealand.
You will become part of a highly specialised organisation working with advanced maritime and electronic systems in a demanding operational environment. The team combines technical expertise, innovation and a strong sense of purpose to deliver reliable solutions where quality, precision and commitment are essential.
As Production Mechanic you will work with the assembly and installation of mechanical and hydraulic systems on prototype and production vessels. You will be responsible for installing drivelines, propulsion systems, and other marine equipment, ensuring that all work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
You will work closely with engineers and fellow technicians during the build process and support testing, maintenance, and repair activities when needed. Quality is an important part of the role, and you will contribute to QA/QC activities to ensure reliable and high-quality installations.

You are educated as a Mechanic, Boat Mechanic, Ship Fitter, Diesel Mechanic, Truck Mechanic or have similar technical background
Experience working with diesel engines, mechanical systems, and rotating equipment
Experience with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems
Valid driving license
Fluency in English, eligibility to work within the EU, and ability to obtain EU security clearance
Hands-on and enjoys practical mechanical work and assembly
Quality-focused with strong attention to detail
Reliable, committed, and takes ownership of assigned tasks
Team-oriented and enjoys collaborating with colleagues across functions
Proactive and solution-oriented with a positive attitude
Comfortable working in a dynamic production environment
