Job summary

MARPRO Group in Copenhagen is seeking a Production Mechanic to join a highly specialised team. You will work on the assembly and installation of mechanical and hydraulic systems on prototype and production vessels.

You will install drivelines, propulsion systems, and marine equipment, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and QA standards, while collaborating with engineers and technicians. This workshop-based role offers exposure to advanced maritime technology in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Educated as a Mechanic, Boat Mechanic, Ship Fitter, Diesel Mechanic, or similar technical background.
• Experience with diesel engines and rotating mechanical systems.
• Experience with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems.
• Valid driving license.
• Fluency in English, eligibility to work within the EU, and ability to obtain EU security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and hydraulic systems on prototype and production vessels according to drawings and quality standards.
• Install drivelines, propulsion systems, and marine equipment, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Assist engineers and technicians during build, testing, maintenance, and repair activities; contribute to QA/QC.
