Job summary

HydraSpecma, via Medarbejderne ApS, seeks a Product & Technology Lead in Skjern, Denmark to drive cooling solutions for power conversion. You bridge customer needs and technical concepts, leading development across R&D, Customer Engineering, Procurement and Operations.

You will shape modular platforms and scalable solutions, balancing commercial value, performance and manufacturability while collaborating with Sales and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer and system requirements into technical specifications and product concepts, driving development with R&D, Customer Engineering, Procurement and Operations.
• Follow the complete development journey from early concept and design to testing, validation, release and industrialisation.
• Support standardised and modular product platforms for scaling across customers and applications.
• Evaluate new opportunities, support technical feasibility discussions and identify customer segments where HydraSpecma can create value.
• Understand that a technically strong solution must be competitive, considering performance, reliability, manufacturability, cost and customer value.
