At Louis Poulsen, we are looking for a technically skilled and structured colleague to join our B2B product portfolio team as a Product Support Engineer. You will become part of our Global Supply Chain organization, working closely with our factory in Vejen and external suppliers.

In this role, your production-technical knowledge will be essential in ensuring that new and existing products are optimized for manufacturing, quality, and efficiency — while living up to our high standards in lighting.

Your responsibilities

With a background in Production Technology, you will play a key role in bridging development, and production. Your tasks will include:

• Ensuring products are designed and optimized for manufacturing (DFM)
• Supporting product upgrades, technical improvements, and cost optimizations
• Managing product transfers between production sites
• Maintaining and updating technical documentation and specifications
• Participating in testing, validation, and quality assurance processes
• Monitoring product performance and implementing improvements
• Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, R&D, and Product Management
• Reporting project status and ensuring progress according to roadmap

You will take ownership of assigned projects from development to production handover and ongoing technical maintenance.

Your profile

We imagine that you have:

• A degree in Production Technology (Produktionsteknolog), Manufacturing Engineering, or similar technical education
• Solid understanding of production processes, materials, surface treatment, and industrialization
• Experience working with CAD systems
• Knowledge of electronics and control systems (an advantage, especially within lighting or electrical products)
• Experience with technical documentation and product specifications
• Strong project coordination skills

Experience from the lighting industry is an advantage but not required.

You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken.
