You will report to Shailesh Patil, Manager of Systems Engineering, and become part of an international team of skilled systems engineers working closely with software, electronics, mechanics,test, usability, regulatory, and product management specialists.T he R&D team includes about 100 professionals specializing in systems engineering, mechanics, electronics, and software, with locations in Denmark,Polandand Malaysia.
The Systems Engineering department supports several Diagnostics brands and contributes to the development of hearing diagnostics and balance assessment solutions. You will be joining a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing, professional development, and teamwork are central to how we work.
The position can be based at our Interacoustics headquarters in Middelfart or our Maico headquarters in Berlin, with flexibility to work from home when tasks allow.

As a Systems Engineer, you will help ensure that our products are built on a solid systems foundation, from understanding user and stakeholder needs through to verification and release. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions and ensure that system-level decisions support product quality, compliance, and performance throughout the product and project lifecycles.
