Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Aarhus invites an experienced Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmaps and lifecycle for Eaton's White Space portfolio across EMEA. You will identify market opportunities, define requirements and partner with Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Operations to drive profitable growth.

The role covers IT Racks, PDUs, containment, PODs and software; you will define requirements, manage profitability, support pricing and collaborate with global teams on go-to-market activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or Business Development.
• Knowledge of Data Center infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with White Space solutions is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap across EMEA.
• Manage the product lifecycle from development to end-of-life.
• Own product profitability and support pricing strategy.
• Gather customer insights and monitor market trends.
• Identify growth opportunities and competitive differentiators.
• Define requirements for new product development initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Support go-to-market activities and product launches.
