Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of the White Space portfolio for EMEA and North America. You will work with Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Operations to drive growth in data center infrastructure products.

The role requires experience in product management or marketing within the data center space, strong financial acumen and excellent stakeholder communication skills. Global collaboration across regions is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or Business Development.
• Experience within the Data Center industry or related infrastructure domains.
• Understanding of Data Center infrastructure technologies.
• Knowledge of White Space solutions (racks, PDUs, containment, PODs).
• Strong business and financial acumen with measurable impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for Eaton's White Space portfolio across EMEA and North America.
• Manage the product lifecycle from development to end-of-life.
• Own product profitability and support pricing strategy.
• Gather customer insights and monitor market trends to inform decisions.
• Identify growth opportunities and competitive differentiators.
• Define requirements for new product development initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Support go-to-market activities and product launches.
• Partner with global teams to align product roadmaps.
• Provide product expertise for strategic customers and major opportunities.
