Job summary

Puzzel is hiring a Product Manager for Conversational Intelligence and Knowledgebase in Denmark. You’ll own two product areas end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, collaborating with a Tech Lead, Product Designer and an agile development team.

You’ll shape how conversations turn into insights and how knowledge becomes trusted AI answers for customers. Based in Copenhagen or Aarhus, with 2–3 days in the office, this role requires 3–5 years in SaaS product management, strong data-driven decision

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in software product management, ideally in SaaS.
• Ownership of the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Strong grounding in continuous discovery, outcome-driven goals, experimentation, and evidence-based prioritisation.
• Ability to analyse data, customer feedback, and market trends to drive decisions.
• Experience holding more than one product or product area and strong collaboration skills.
• Active use of AI tools in daily work.
