Job summary

Podimo is Europe’s leading podcasting platform, creating original audio and video content for a global audience. We are looking for a Product Manager to own a product area, shaping how listeners and creators experience Podimo across journeys from discovery to engagement.

The role can be based in Copenhagen, Amsterdam, or Berlin, with strong cross-functional collaboration and a focus on impact. You will partner with engineers, designers and stakeholders to turn problems into shipped solutions,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience on B2C products, ideally in tech, media, or subscription services.
• Ability to connect product work to business results and explain trade-offs.
• Data-informed decision making and identifying missing pieces in the picture.
• Ability to see patterns beyond the single problem and balance generic vs fast shipping.

We work with some of the best and most exciting Creators across Europe, and publish over 700 episodes a month, all powered by our innovative technology and a seamless consumer experience.

We are now looking for a Product Manager who will shape the future of podcasting with us.

This is the role

Podimo is a subscription platform for podcasts and audiobooks that brings listeners and creators closer together. Our challenge is helping listeners find their next favourite listen and keep coming back, while helping creators reach and grow their audience.

As a Product Manager at Podimo, you'll own a product area and take it from problem to shipped solution to measurable impact, shaping how people experience Podimo at every step of their journey.

The role can be based in our Copenhagen HQ, Amsterdam office, or Berlin office, depending on the right person.

What you'll do:

• Discover: Dig into user behaviour and feedback to understand what people need and where the biggest opportunities are.
• Decide: Set clear objectives for your team that move Podimo's goals forward, and align stakeholders on what to build and why.
• Build: Work hand in hand with an experienced engineering and design team to turn business and user needs into solutions built to grow with the product.
• Learn: Validate ideas through experimentation, own the impact of what you ship, and keep asking whether we're measuring the right things and what's missing.

Along the way, you'll contribute to a team that solves problems, learns from each other and grows together, in a culture that's positive, inspiring and ambitious.

This is you

You're curious about why people listen, what makes them stay, and how small changes to the experience can make a big difference. You like working closely with a wide range of stakeholders - from engineers to designers - and you bring clarity when priorities compete. Most of all, you care about impact: you want what you ship to matter to listeners, creators and the business.

Experience we're looking for:

• Customer focus: You have 3+ years of experience working on B2C products and know how to uncover what keeps users coming back. Maybe even in a scale-up environment within tech, subscription, or media.
• Commercial awareness: You've connected product work to business results and can explain the trade-offs you made.
• Data fluency: You make product decisions with data, and you know when to ask what's missing from the picture.
• Systems thinking: You look beyond the single problem to the bigger pattern, and you understand the trade-off between building something generic and shipping something fast.
• Collaboration: You've built strong relationships with stakeholders across teams and backgrounds, and you're comfortable standing behind a decision with evidence, while staying open to other views.
• Ownership: You've taken products from idea to results, and you can move forward when things are uncertain.
• Adaptability: You've changed course when the evidence pointed elsewhere, and you can talk openly about what didn't work.

Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio and video content, creators, entertainment and the media industry is a big plus!
