Job summary

Playable is seeking a Product Manager to partner with the VP of Product and bridge customer needs with engineering efforts. You will drive day-to-day roadmap work, prioritize sprints, and ensure follow-up while handling ad-hoc requests.

In this role, you will translate marketer and enterprise customer feedback into clear requirements, maintain backlog discipline, and help shape the product strategy. English communication is essential, with Danish a plus.

The role

Are you the person who keeps a team moving and turns customer needs into clear decisions? At Playable, we help some of the world's biggest brands bring playable marketing into their strategy, adding interactive experiences that audiences actually want to engage with. We're looking for a Product Manager to work side by side with our VP of Product and be the link between the people who ask for things and the engineers who build them.

The role

You drive the day-to-day work around the roadmap: planning, priorities and follow-up. You make sure things get done. Planning is at the heart of it: the quarterly roadmap, what goes into each sprint, and what can wait. You keep us delivering on it while handling customer requests and ad-hoc needs without losing the thread. You work hands-on with the VP of Product to shape that roadmap, with room to take on more of it over time.

Our customers are marketers at enterprise brands, and they push the platform in new directions all the time. Your job is to make sure the best of those ideas make it into the product, and that the rest get a clear and honest "not now".

The role includes

• Planning the quarterly roadmap with the VP of Product, and deciding what goes into each sprint
• Running day-to-day product operations: Jira, backlog, priorities and status
• Being the contact for customer feedback and roadmap questions between Customer Success, Sales and the development team, gathering requirements and keeping everyone updated
• Sparring with developers on scope and "how should this work?", so the team gets clear answers and knows what matters most, and why
• Collecting and sorting customer requests and feedback, and speaking for the end user, both the marketers who build campaigns and the people who play them
• Following projects from idea to release, including reviews and up-to-date documentation
• Communicating progress and what's coming, including the roadmap, to the team and the wider organisation

The ideal profile

• You're structured, reliable and good with details, and you finish what you start. You like a fast pace and don't need everything to be perfectly defined before you get going.
• Experience with product or project management in a software or SaaS team
• Comfortable working closely with developers
• You bring structure that helps the team move faster, not slower
• Customer-focused: you can turn what customers say into clear requirements and decisions the team can build from
• You can prioritise, say no, and explain why
• Clear communicator in English (Danish is a plus)
• A plus: experience with B2B SaaS, martech or enterprise customers
