Job summary

Arla Foods is seeking an Experienced IT Specialist in the IT Excellence team in Aarhus to lead key transformation and continuous-improvement initiatives. You will move between strategic thinking, practical design, stakeholder alignment, and hands-on execution, shaping the IT operating model and product-led practices.

You will drive adoption, anchor changes in everyday work, and guide cross-functional initiatives with strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with large-scale transformation initiatives.
Experience with or understanding of product-led IT organizations.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with organizational design, capability building, or agile/continuous-improvement practices.

Responsibilities

Shape and improve our IT operating model and product-led ways of working, translating ambitions into our product lifecycle model, roadmaps, roles, and processes.
Drive adoption and anchoring of change, ensuring new ways of working become part of everyday behaviors and continue to evolve after implementation.
Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives, creating alignment across stakeholders and turning complex challenges into actionable solutions.
Use data, insights, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities and demonstrate progress and value.
Enable leaders and teams to succeed with change through facilitation, capability building, clear guidance, and practical tools.
