Job summary

Arla Foods is seeking an IT Adoption Specialist to drive adoption of IT solutions across a global organization. You will be part of the Product Enablement supporting IT product teams in managing change initiatives and ensuring adoption aligns with business goals.

Your role focuses on building and executing change strategies, coordinating with dairy sites and business stakeholders across Germany to understand needs, mitigating adoption risks, and delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and initiatives to support IT systems, processes and technologies adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate change impacts and risks.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and other support based on the users’ needs.
• Monitor and measure the adoption progress, ensuring timely delivery of change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and initiatives to support IT systems, processes and technologies adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate change impacts and risks.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and other support based on the users’ needs.
• Monitor and measure the adoption progress, ensuring timely delivery of change initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to product teams and stakeholders throughout the change process, addressing any resistance or barriers to change.
• Support IT & Digital Supply Chain Product teams in leading the adoption agenda.
