Job summary

Vix Technology is seeking a Product Lead to shape what comes next in connected transit. You will lead and support a talented group of Product Owners, aligning priorities, strengthening delivery, and evolving how we build products at scale across engineering, delivery, commercial, and customers.

You’ll translate customer insights and business priorities into meaningful product outcomes, while guiding teams to deliver real value to transport operators and passengers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or mentoring Product Owners or product teams.
• Comfortable operating across strategy, delivery, and customer engagement.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of agile product development and modern product practices.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clear direction.
• Passion for continuous improvement, innovation and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enable the Product Owner community within Vix.
• Support roadmap planning and product strategy, define enhancements.
• Prioritise user stories that are valuable and outcome-driven.
• Translate customer and market needs into product direction with long-term growth.
• Foster alignment across multiple teams while balancing commercial priorities.
