Job summary

FalCom, GN Store Nord A/S’s product line, seeks an Product Industrialization Manager to drive end-to-end manufacturing readiness for new products. You will collaborate across R&D, Operations, Quality, and external partners to ensure smooth ramp-ups and successful launches.

Qualifications

• NPI/industrialization project management experience in electronics or electromechanical products.
• Strong DFx, manufacturability, quality and risk management knowledge across the product lifecycle.
• Systems thinker with ability to balance technical, operational, quality and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrialization throughout the NPI lifecycle, ensuring manufacturing readiness and smooth product ramp-up.
• Act as the key link between Development, Operations, Quality, and external partners to enable successful product launches.
• Drive DFx activities, optimizing manufacturability, testability, scalability, quality, cost and serviceability from early design stages.
• Definition and implementation of manufacturing and test concepts for assigned products, in cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure production readiness, including documentation, build support, and continuous improvement.
