Job summary

Demant is seeking a Project Manager for Manufacturing Readiness at its Ballerup site, part of the global microelectronics competence center. The role involves hands-on production floor involvement and close collaboration with R&D and Operations to support product launches.

Ideal candidates have engineering training and 1–3 years of project management experience in a manufacturing setting, with a practical, solution-oriented mindset and strong stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 1–3 years of project management experience in manufacturing preferred; graduates with the right profile can be considered.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and ability to work on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee own portfolio of projects within manufacturing readiness.
• Collaborate with R&D and production to secure inputs early in design and maturing local manufacturing setup.
• Create Device Master Records and ensure compliance through development processes and reviews.
• Manage product release, mass production readiness, and design transfer.
