Job summary

FalCom, a product line of GN Group, is seeking a Product Industrialization Manager in Ballerup. You will drive end-to-end industrialization readiness, bridge R&D and Operations, and ensure smooth, quality-focused ramp-ups for new products.

You will lead DFx activities, coordinate with Development, Operations, QA and external partners, and define manufacturing and test concepts across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrialization throughout the NPI lifecycle, ensuring manufacturing readiness and smooth product ramp-up
• Act as the key link between Development, Operations, Quality, and external partners to enable successful product launches
• Drive DFx activities, optimizing manufacturability, testability, scalability, quality, cost, and serviceability from early design stages
• Definition and implementation of manufacturing and test concepts for assigned products, in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
• Ensure production readiness, including documentation, build support, and continuous improvement

The team you will be part of
You will join FalCom's Industrialization & NPI team working at the intersection of R&D, Product Management, Operations, Quality, and external manufacturing partners. We are a collaborative, solution-oriented team that values structured thinking, sound judgement, and a practical mindset to deliver quality outcomes at scale.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Lead industrialization throughout the NPI lifecycle, ensuring manufacturing readiness and smooth product ramp-up
• Act as the key link between Development, Operations, Quality, and external partners to enable successful product launches
• Drive DFx activities, optimizing manufacturability, testability, scalability, quality, cost, and serviceability from early design stages
• Definition and implementation of manufacturing and test concepts for assigned products, in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
• Ensure production readiness, including documentation, build support, and continuous improvement
  

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

• Have an engineering background with NPI/industrialization project management experience in electronics or electromechanical products
• Strong DFx, manufacturing, quality, and risk management knowledge across the product lifecycle
• Systems thinker and able to balance technical, operational, quality, and business requirements
• Driven by ownership and accountability, ensuring readiness, risk mitigation, and successful product launches
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills building alignment across teams and partners
• Adaptable and improvement-oriented, thriving in dynamic environments and driving continuous improvement
