Milestone Systems is seeking a Product Excellence Specialist (maternity cover) in Brøndby, part of the Copenhagen area. You will bridge product management, pricing strategy, customer experience, and analytics to turn strategic decisions into operational reality.

Responsibilities

• Drive product readiness activities for new products, releases, and changes.
• Support pricing, SKU management, licensing, and product configuration processes.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Product Management, Finance, IT, Sales Ops, Order Management, Strategic Pricing, Legal, and Marketing.
• Manage product and pricing updates across relevant business systems.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Create documentation, internal communications, and operational guidance for key stakeholders.
• Support broader Product Operations initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
