Job summary

GoWish, Ønskeskyen Copenhagen is hiring a Product Designer to own the UI and UX of our Creator Platform. You will work with Product, Engineering, Data and Growth to turn an ambiguous space into a product creators genuinely love.

You’ll lead onboarding, activation flows, and tooling for creators to grow their audiences and monetize through brand collaborations. This is a hybrid role in Copenhagen with a strong focus on design systems and user research.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product design experience, owning UI & UX for consumer-facing products.
• Strong portfolio showing interaction and visual design with product thinking.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and end-to-end ownership (0-to-1 projects).
• Habit of using customer insight, experimentation and data to guide design decisions.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools; care for design systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and clear design rationale.

Responsibilities

• Own the creator journey design end-to-end, from onboarding to monetization.
• Design onboarding and activation flows to help new creators grasp value quickly.
• Build tools creators care about: curating wishlists, publishing content, analyzing performance.
• Enable effortless sharing across social platforms to maximize reach.
• Develop high-quality interaction and visual design; extend the design system.
• Lead usability testing, lightweight studies, and partner with a researcher.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineers from discovery to delivery, balancing needs.
• Align creator experience with monetization goals without adding friction.

Team & role overview

We're looking for a Product Designer to own the UI and UX of our Creator Platform - the experience that lets creators join GoWish, build wishlists their audiences love, grow their following and monetize through brand collaborations.

This is a new role at the intersection of creators, social experiences, discovery and monetization. You'll take an ambiguous, high-potential space and turn it into something creators genuinely love - working side by side with Product, Engineering, Data and Growth.

Responsibilities:

• Own the design of the creator journey end-to-end, from first application to a thriving, active creator.
• Design onboarding and activation flows that help new creators grasp the value fast - and reach it even faster.
• Build the tools creators care about most: curating wishlists, publishing content, understanding their performance and growing their audiences.
• Make sharing effortless, with seamless flows that push wishlists across social platforms and maximize reach.
• Craft interaction and visual design to a high bar, and help extend our design system as the product grows.
• Run your own research and validation. We have an in-house User Researcher to partner with, but every team owns its discovery, so you'll be comfortable with usability testing, experimentation and lightweight studies before we build.
• Partner with your Product Manager and Engineers from discovery through delivery, turning creator and business needs into clear, buildable design.
• Balance creator experience with commercial goals, designing monetization that feels valuable rather than intrusive.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of Product Design experience building consumer-facing products, owning both UI and UX.
• A strong portfolio that shows craft across interaction and visual design, plus clear product thinking.
• Comfort owning a design area end-to-end and designing in ambiguity, including 0-to-1 spaces.
• A habit of combining customer insight, experimentation and data to make design decisions.
• Fluency in modern design and prototyping tools, and genuine care for building and using design systems well.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication - you bring people along with a clear design rationale.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, Growth and Commercial.
• A passion for building engaging, delightful consumer experiences.

We also imagine you have:

• Experience designing creator platforms, influencer products, social media, content creation tools or discovery experiences.
• An understanding of how creators build audiences, create content and monetize their communities.
• Experience with social networking or community products.
• Experience designing for activation, engagement or retention.
