Job summary

Capital Four in Copenhagen is seeking a full-time team member for our Product & Client Relations group (9 FT + 5 students). The role centers on supporting investor communications through reporting, data analysis, and responding to client information requests, while helping develop high-quality product and marketing materials.

You will help integrate data and technology, identify opportunities to automate workflows, and improve reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Up to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Educational background in finance, economics, data science or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive mindset, anticipating client needs and improving processes.
• Good judgement and organizational skills to manage priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• Genuine interest in financial markets; credit or asset management knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; data management and AI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to marketing materials, including RFPs/DDQs and presentations, and reporting to clients on a regular basis.
• Support the Product Specialists in addressing investment-related queries from existing and prospective clients.
• Develop an end-to-end understanding of the product team's business processes, and propose ideas to create efficiency and deliver high quality.
• Development and maintenance of the data & technology platform underpinning the team's deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring workflows through the effective use of technology (AI and LLMs).
• Over time, develop strong technical knowledge of Capital Four’s investment capabilities and broader market dynamics.
• Collaborate with colleagues across business functions and external stakeholders.

We are looking for a full-time team member to join our Product & Client Relations team, consisting of 9 full-time employees and 5 student team members.

The Product & Client Relations team is driven by the purpose of being a leading home for our clients’ capital and trusted commercial partners in our capital formation efforts. The role will focus on supporting investor communications through reporting, data analysis, and responding to client information requests, while contributing to the development of high-quality product and marketing materials. Accordingly, a key part of the role will involve identifying opportunities to improve business processes, automate workflows, and enhance reporting capabilities through the effective application of technology.

Our Product & Client Solutions team is responsible for the product platform that underpins the growth, retention and development of our client base, connecting Capital Four’s investment capabilities with the desired investment outcomes of our clients.

• Contribute to marketing materials, including RFPs/DDQs and presentations as well as reporting to clients on a regular basis

Experience and skills

• We expect you to have up to 5 years of relevant work experience and have an educational background in finance, economics, data science or similar
• Great analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• A proactive mindset, anticipating client needs, and taking initiative to improve processes and client satisfaction, combined with a good personal drive and commitment to finding the best solutions
• Great judgement and organizational skills, with the ability to manage capacity and priorities as part of a team in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
• A genuine interest in financial markets and asset management. Prior knowledge of credit or asset management is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in data management and applied AI is a strong positive
