Turn digital product data into the evidence that shapes the future of our R&D portfolio. In this role, you will help Product Leaders understand not only what is being delivered, but what is being adopted, where workflows are improving and which products require further investment, simplification or a different approach.
As Product Analytics Manager, you will join our Product Excellence team and act as a trusted analytics partner to Product Leaders across our R&D digital portfolio.
You will establish clear and practical ways to assess digital product health. By combining product adoption, user behaviour, workflow, process, AI agent and technical signals, you will create decision-ready insights for product leadership, quarterly business reviews and portfolio governance.

In Research & Development, you will be part of a unit that explores bold scientific ideas and advances them into clinical testing. Within Research & Development, the Product Excellence team works where product data, workflow evidence and portfolio governance meet. We help ensure that digital products provide measurable value to scientists, product teams and the wider organisation. In this role, you will strengthen the evidence used to decide which products should be scaled, improved, simplified, stopped or supported through another solution.
We are looking for someone who can translate complex data into clear decisions and who enjoys working at the intersection of product, technology and science.

For this role, the Annual B ase S alary ranges from 742,600.00 to 1,091,600.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
The salary package may include short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
