Job summary

Vend is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to build the core data infrastructure powering User Engagement and Marketing. You will design scalable pipelines, develop data products, and shape the architecture with autonomy across the Nordics.

You’ll work with SQL/Python and cloud warehouses (Snowflake) and evolve our AI-driven analytics capabilities, including ARIA, while collaborating with Marketing and Data Science teams in a flexible hybrid setup across Stockholm, Oslo, Helsinki, and

Qualifications

• Senior-level analytics engineering experience or equivalent in a fast-growing tech or ecommerce environment.
• Experience building scalable marketing data infrastructure and data platforms.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into robust data models and engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines for marketing and user engagement data.
• Develop high-utility data products to support triggered communications and lifecycle events.
• Contribute to ARIA, the internal AI/LLM analytics tool, by defining data schemas and stewarding data quality.
• Collaborate with Marketing Managers and Data Scientists to ensure consistent, actionable models.
