As a Procurement Governance & Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in enhancing transparency, driving data‑driven insights, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal standards. This role offers strong visibility across functions and the opportunity to influence decision‑making through high‑quality reporting and governance frameworks.

Banking Circle is a fully licensed, technology‑enabled bank processing over €1 trillion in payments every year – and growing. We exist to power the global economy’s most ambitious payments businesses with infrastructure that is fast, modern, and engineered for scale. Today, more than 800 people across 11 countries work together as one global team. We move fast, we think boldly, and we build with intent – because our clients depend on us to keep pace with the world’s most dynamic payments flows.

Your team welcomes you with open arms

As our new Procurement Governance & Reporting Analyst in the Procurement team in Warsaw, you’ll experience an open and knowledge‑driven culture, where everyone can thrive, connect with colleagues, learn and grow. Here you will be empowered to make an impact every day.

In this role you will get the chance to work on governance and reporting activities within the Procurement team, including matters related to third‑party and intragroup arrangements, such as management reporting, KPI tracking, registers management, regulatory and audit support, documentation oversight, and coordination across different functions.

We offer a hybrid work model for our employees to allow for flexibility and productivity. However, we do expect you to spend most of your time in the office to build community and efficiency in the team.

Exciting work is waiting for you
  • Register Management & Data Governance: Oversee inventories and registers pertaining to third‑party and intragroup arrangements (Business Process Outsourcing Register / Register of Information Register – DORA), ensuring the records are comprehensive and accurate.
  • Reporting: Assist with the preparation of management reports, KPIs, and governance documents. Produce both routine and ad‑hoc reports regarding intragroup outsourcing, third‑party arrangements, and performance metrics.
  • Regulatory & Audit Support: Support the preparation of documentation and information requests for regulators, internal audit, and other control functions across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Issue & Incident Management: Issue tracking, remediation follow‑up, escalation processes, and incident management activities for the Procurement team.
  • Documentation & Controls: Maintain outsourcing, procurement, and governance documentation, procedures, and control records.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with Business, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Risk teams to support effective governance and reporting processes.
  • Process & Tool Enhancement: Contribute to reporting automation, procurement process improvements, and governance tool enhancements.
Things we’ll look for on your resume

To be the ideal candidate you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field, and bring 3 to 5 years of experience across banking, fintech, consulting, governance, reporting, procurement, outsourcing, or third‑party risk management functions. You have hands‑on experience preparing management reporting, KPIs, and governance materials, as well as maintaining registers or inventories.

You demonstrate a solid understanding of DORA, outsourcing requirements, operational resilience, and third‑party or intragroup governance frameworks. With strong data analysis capabilities, you show a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy, and you are proficient in Excel; experience with reporting tools is an advantage.
