Job summary

DTU Nanolab in Lyngby, Denmark, invites applications for a Process Specialist focused on e-beam and UV lithography. You will work in ISO 4–5 cleanrooms with JEOL JBX-9500FSZ and Raith e-LINE Plus systems, developing and troubleshooting lithography processes and training users.

We seek an MSc or PhD in engineering or physics, with hands-on lithography experience, a meticulous approach, and good English communication. Danish language is an advantage.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in micro/nanofabrication, physics or related field.
• Hands-on experience with e-beam lithography and UV lithography.
• Experience in ISO 4 and 5 cleanroom environments.
• Ability to train users and work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong English communication; Danish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and troubleshoot lithography processes and equipment.
• Maintain JEOL JBX-9500FSZ and Raith systems daily.
• Perform QC on e-beam lithography processes.
• Train users on lithography equipment and processes.
• Collaborate with researchers, students and industry partners.
