Job summary

Qualifications

Relevant academic degree in chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, chemical engineering or related scientific discipline.
Experience with GMP environment and analytical equipment in QC lab.

Responsibilities

Qualify and implement new analytical equipment (NIR, PSD, Karl Fischer, pH meters, balances, pipettes).
Collaborate with process and manufacturing development to develop and validate methods from study design to data reporting.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide hands-on support to keep QC analyses on track.
Conduct annual lifecycle management, assess performance trends and recommend actions.
Manage change requests, deviations and SOP updates to meet GMP requirements.
Contribute to implementing new technologies across production areas as the team scales.
