Imerys Denmark is seeking a Process Engineer and Continuous Improvement Coordinator to drive process optimization and energy efficiency across Kiln and Packaging areas. You will lead the I-Cube OpEx program, coach shop-floor teams, and develop standard operating procedures to strengthen a culture of continuous improvement.
The role reports to the Site Manager Denmark and offers exposure to global industrial networks within Imerys Center of Excellence and the OpEx community.

Process Engineer and Continuous Improvement Coordinator

This dual-purpose key position combines process engineering and operational excellence (I-Cube Program). You will be the primary technical authority for process optimization, energy efficiency (ISO 50001 / CO2 reduction), and yield improvement, while simultaneously empowering our workforce through continuous improvement tools, training, and change management.
